Your business gets your attention every single day. Client needs. Emails. Team questions. Content. The urgent thing that wasn't urgent yesterday.
And underneath all of it sits the project that would actually move the needle. The offer. The book. The funnel. The 2027 plan. Whatever you want to accomplish.
But TIME is only part of the story.
Here's what REALLY keeps it on the list:
You don't have a knowledge problem.
You have an implementation problem,
and you've been trying to solve it on your own.
What if you stepped away from the day-to-day for three days, and brought a strategist with you?
A 3-night implementation experience in Whistler for established women in business who are ready to focus on one important project, get expert help with it, and actually make it happen.
You won't be figuring it out alone. Diane is in the room the whole time, moving between you, looking at your project, asking the questions you haven't asked yet and helping you move it forward.
The room is capped at 11 so Diane can give every woman her full attention.
Imagine walking in the door Sunday and saying: "It's done."
That's what protected time, focused implementation and Diane's strategic thinking
can do for the one project that's been sitting on your list.
You don't need another course or someone to tell you what to build next. You need the focus, the support and a sharp strategic partner to help you finish it.
If you already know what you'd bring or you have a few contenders, great! Want Diane's help choosing? Then this is for you too!

Morning coffee and breakfast together. Laptop open, mountain air. Two hot tubs to relax in. The conversation that keeps going after everyone else has left for the night.
Only 5 spots. 3 private. 2 shared.
If you want the most of Diane's brain, you'll want to be in the house.
Payment plan available.
RESERVE YOUR SPOTYou arrive, settle in and say your project out loud to the room. Then we get into action. The days are built around focused action sprints, and I'm in the room the whole time, moving between you. When you need strategy, an idea or a second opinion, you turn around and we support you. Everyone gets a hot seat with me and the group on her biggest sticking point. We eat together and get outside to enjoy Whistler, because a rested brain gives better results. On the last night, we celebrate what you finished.
A lot. It starts before Whistler with your Momentum Planning Session, so I already know your business and your project when you walk in. In Whistler, I'm in the room all day and nobody has to book a slot. Stuck on pricing? Torn between two directions? Can't find the angle for your launch? Come find me and we'll figure it out right then. You also get your hot seat, with me and the whole room focused on you. Inner Circle women get mornings and evenings on top of that. I keep it to 11 so every one of you gets my brain on your business.
Totally normal, and it's exactly what the Momentum Planning Session is for. We'll look at what's on your list and choose together. My filter: Has it been sitting for months? Would it move your business forward? Is it something only you can do? By the time you arrive, you'll know exactly what you're there to finish, and I'll already be thinking about it.
Good. That's when I'm most useful. At home, stuck means the project sits for another month. In Whistler, stuck means we sit down, talk it through, try a different angle or make the call you've been avoiding, and you're back to action in twenty minutes. Sometimes the whole room jumps in, and you walk away with ideas you'd never have found on your own.
No. Coworking puts people near each other while they work. Here, you come with a defined project and a finish line, and I'm right there helping with the strategy, the ideas and the decisions. Add hot seats and real accountability and you get a very different result. Coworking gets you a desk. This gets you a seat with me a few feet away.
Because I want to think about every woman's project. With 11, I know every business, every goal and every sticking point by name. I'd rather have 11 women who are serious about finishing something than fifty people who came to network.
I kept seeing the same thing. Smart, capable women with courses, ideas and coaches, and still a drawer full of unfinished projects. The problem was never information. What they were missing was protected time and someone right beside them to think it through and push it over the line. That's also my favourite way to get things done: in the room, on someone's real project, while it's happening. So I built it.
This room is for established women with something important to finish. If you're brand new in business and still deciding what to build, it's probably a little early. And if you're mainly looking for a spa weekend or a networking event, there are better options out there.
